She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines and took several courses, seminars and workshops on human and organizational behavior, leadership, sales and marketing, including business management programs at Asian Institute of Management (AIM). She is also a Landmark Education graduate. She worked in Chicago and California, USA for ten (10) years in the field of Hotel and Restaurant and Corporate Offices.
She is a Board of Director in a number of companies in different industries: international recruitment, student internship abroad, Japan studies, training and work, micro-financing, aquaculture, and radio broadcasting. She is the President of Ruru Global Recruitment Services, Inc. and Better Road for Youth Development for Gainful Employment (BRYDGE, Inc) Ms. Saludo is also a Rotarian for 18 years and is a past President of Rotary Club of Makati Urdaneta. She has been a member of the Makati Chamber of Commerce for 8 years and is now an active Board Member of PCCI-Makati City for year 2020-2022.
