Introduction and Qualifications
We are excited that you are considering joining our organization. Membership is open to individuals representing a valid business entity or those employed by a legitimate company. To ensure our members contribute positively to the organization and society, we have established the following qualifications:

• Business Validity: The applicant must represent a valid business entity or be employed by a legitimate company.
• Decision-Making Role: The representative should be a decision-maker within the company, a senior-level executive, or a board officer.
• Good Standing: Both the company and its representative must maintain good standing in the community and organization, ensuring no involvement in unscrupulous practices.
• Contribution: The representative should be willing to share their time, skills, and expertise within their industry to keep the organization vibrant, relevant, and sustainable.
• Membership Dues: The representative must ensure the timely payment of membership dues, currently set at P7,500.00 annually.

Documentary Requirements
To complete your application, please prepare the following documents:

• SEC/DTI Certificate of Registration, Articles of Incorporation, and By-Laws (to be submitted every 5 years)
• Latest copy of the General Information Sheet (GIS)
  Latest copy of the Business Permit
  BIR 2303 Certificate of Registration
• Company Profile (a summarized version for posting on the PCCI-Makati website)
• Company brochure, if available
• Passport-size photo of the primary and alternate representative(s)
• High-resolution company logo (for posting on the PCCI-Makati website)
• Check payment or proof of payment/deposit for the annual membership dues
