The representative should be a decision-maker within the company, or a member of the higher management team, a senior-level executive, or a board officer.
The company and its member/representative should maintain “Good Standing” within both the society and the organization, ensuring they are not involved in any unscrupulous practices.
The member/representative should be willing to share their time, skills and expertise within their field/industry to ensure the organization remains vibrant, relevant, and sustainable.
The Member/Representative ensures timely payment of membership dues.
