The Ways & Means Committee strengthens the financial sustainability of PCCI Makati by leading ethical, transparent, and Board-approved fundraising and resource- generation initiatives. It plans and implements fundraising activities, spearheads the Annual Golf Tournament as a flagship event, secures sponsorships and strategic partnerships, and works closely with the Treasurer and Secretariat to ensure full financial accountability and compliance.

The Legal Affairs Committee ensures that PCCI Makati operates within the bounds of law, good governance, and ethical standards. It advises the Board on legal and compliance matters, reviews contracts and policies upon request, and supports adherence to SEC, BIR, labor, and regulatory requirements. The Committee also strengthens members’ legal literacy by conducting business law seminars, developing compliance guides, and providing structured, non-litigation legal consultation sessions to help MSMEs reduce risk and operate responsibly.
