The Membership Committee drives the growth, retention, and engagement of PCCI Makati’s membership base. It leads strategic recruitment initiatives, strengthens member engagement and retention programs, oversees efficient and transparent application and renewal processes, and enhances member benefits and services.

Through professional and accountable practices aligned with PCCI National standards, the Committee supports the Chamber’s sustainability, credibility, and role as the voice of business.

Ways & Means Committee

Chair: Mr. Arnel B. Racadio.

The Ways & Means Committee strengthens the financial sustainability of PCCI Makati by leading ethical, transparent, and Board-approved fundraising and resource- generation initiatives. It plans and implements fundraising activities, spearheads the Annual Golf Tournament as a flagship event, secures sponsorships and strategic partnerships, and works closely with the Treasurer and Secretariat to ensure full financial accountability and compliance.

It reviews and screens qualified nominees in accordance with the By-Laws, recommends a final slate of candidates to the Board and General Membership, and promotes governance standards that ensure leadership continuity, accountability, and institutional stability.

Legal Affairs Committee

Chair: Atty. Ismael Sarangaya

The Legal Affairs Committee ensures that PCCI Makati operates within the bounds of law, good governance, and ethical standards. It advises the Board on legal and compliance matters, reviews contracts and policies upon request, and supports adherence to SEC, BIR, labor, and regulatory requirements. The Committee also strengthens members’ legal literacy by conducting business law seminars, developing compliance guides, and providing structured, non-litigation legal consultation sessions to help MSMEs reduce risk and operate responsibly.
