Last February 13, 2024, PCCI – NCR officially acknowledges the newly inducted board of trustees and officers of PCCI – Makati in an eventful night at The Manila Hotel.
This event celebrates the inauguration of officers and the board of trustees from various chambers of commerce throughout the National Capital Region (NCR), including the Makati chamber.
Together with the NCR Chambers, we celebrate as PCCI-Makati starts anew.
In a milestone agreement between the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) – Makati chapter and the National Commission for Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), Makati City is poised to emerge as a vibrant halal hub. After seven months of deliberations and missed lunches, officials have laid the groundwork for institutionalizing a robust halal accreditation system, opening doors to the $7 trillion global halal market. Led by PCCI Makati’s ambitious vision, a $4 billion target in halal exports over five years promises not only economic growth but also opportunities for job creation.
The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) in Makati has forged an agreement with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) to collaboratively advance and nurture the lucrative halal industry in the country.
